About Brooklyn Cannoli

Brooklyn Cannoli Company has been serving quality restaurant style desserts to the foodservice industry since 1995, and is owned and operated by the Aiello Family. The Aiello family began their tradition of fine Italian cheese making 100 years ago in Positano, Italy. In 1923, the family decided to bring their love for artisan cheese to America. Many of the same practices from Italy are still used in today's modern-day cheese making. Dairy Maid specializes in Fresh Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese, which are found in many famous Italian dishes.

Brooklyn Cannoli Company currently resides in South Amboy, New Jersey and operates out of 2 production facilities totaling 16,000 square ft, which is close to all the major roadways for ease of distribution.
